LYNX are launching the world’s first scent – created by ROBOTS.
The brand – popular with teenage lads – has run 3.5 million smells of 6,000 ingredients through artificial intelligence software to create a “next generation” smell.
Called Lynx A.I, the limited edition deodorant will be rolled out to hormonal kids nationwide from now until March 2023.
Josh Plimmer, the Senior Brand Manager at Lynx said: “Lynx has always been at the cutting-edge of fragrance to create scents that gives people up and down the country confidence whilst out and about.
“The launch of Lynx A.I., which was created by crunching 46 terabytes of data, unlocks the code to smell iconic and gives them the tools to overclock their confidence.”
The smell combines a blend of sage, artemisa and mint, refreshed with marine, apple and citrus.
It is completed with a woody, ambery and mossy background.
The techy stink was created alongside Firmenich, the world’s largest private fragrance and taste company.
They used the company’s database and artificial intelligence software alongside Lynx’s consumer trends and expertise to design their new fragrance.
Eric Saracchi, Chief Digital and Information Officer at Firmenich added: “Our artificial intelligence processed over 46 terabytes of data resulting in this scent combination.
“It is daring, courageous and innovative to combine humans and technology in such an emotional field – the sense of smell.
“We are very excited to launch this game-changing fragrance with Lynx to power up guy’s daily routines.
“Over 50 years of fragrance data and knowledge – along with over 46 terabytes of data has led to the creation of Lynx A.I.”
